Jan 15, 2017  I'm looking for a Maintenance manual for my 2016 soul. According to the owners manual page 8-15 access to them is free of charge at KiaTechinfo.com however when you go to the website it states that they started charging for them in 2014. You think KIA would of updated the 2016 owners manual to state that.
