I just spent all day trying to upgrade my friends Fusion to what I thought was the current Sync V4.4. All day the Ford website kept telling me that the service was down. Finally I broke down and called Ford to make sure it wasn't a computer error on my end. After doing some searching the Ford rep told me that V4.4 has been pulled by Ford and is no longer available. He also said that within a few weeks Sync V4.6 should be released. He said V4.4 was no longer recommended by Ford. Understand this was for a Fusion but since the Sync platform runs the same in every model, I would think we would be seeing a V4.6 update as well. So maybe all of us with V4.4 issues could have them solved with V4.6? Let's hope!Download Ford Racing 3
Hey, I just wanted to let you guys know that I just updated today and I'm having the same issue on a 2014 Fiesta SE with Ford Sync 4.6, I have an iPhone 5S on iOS 10.2.1. Luckily, I still have the files for the 4.4.1 update, so I'm going to try and downgrade. Let me know if you need them and I'll post them on Google Drive or DropBox.
